Giscome: A Vanished Community
The town of Giscome was a small town built in 1915 north east of Prince George and had the second largest sawmill in British Columbia! Come into the museum to find out more about this town!
Geocaching 101: Saturday, September 18th from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Geocaching is a treasure hunting game where you use a GPS and it's fun for the whole family! We will be hosting a special "Geocaching 101" workshop with Andrew Toms, an experienced local geocacher.
BC Rivers Day: An event that celebrates our rivers including live music, interactive displays and our very own mini rail! Happens at Fort George Park Sunday, September 26th from noon until 4 p.m.
